I did not stay after paying because of the pet fee I found out after the clerk took my payment on my card. The clerk said I would get a refund in 48 hours. I have not seen the refund.
Clyde Mead evening of 6/21/2024, cancelled stay when the clerk told me the pet fee was $25.00 and he would put me in a pet room. I am still watching for the refund. My phone #307-286-4032 for details if needed for the refund. The clerk said he did not have a computer and had to write down my information on an index card. My card was charged but now it has not been refunded. You have my info because you sucesully charged my card.

Ice machine not working. TV did not work but the staff and my husband worked on it for thirty minutes to get it to turn on. Curtains were hooked together and would not open. Also coming loose. Taped broken glass in window. I booked through Booking.com and it stated to pay at hotel. I then received an email from OYO say I had to pay something to keep my confirmed reservation. I tried to follow it but a code was never sent. When I arrived the desk help stated I had to pay extra for a service fee. I showed them my confirmations and the OYO email. After several minutes of rude discussion, they agreed to the confirmation price.
