I needed an ADA room with an ADA bathroom. I was shown a picture of a ADA bathroom, I called to verify the bathroom, and when I got there they only had a ADA hearing disabled bathroom. The AC didn't work in the second room. Booking.com and Clarion will never again get my business

My husband and I stayed here for my weekend birthday trip to Dallas. The location was perfect! We were close to a lot of restaurants, stores, and activities. We didn't have to drive more than 15 minutes to get to all the activities he had planned. Breakfast was pretty good. Each morning there were different protein options. Waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, boiled eggs, cereal, Assorted Pastries, juices and more. We'll definitely return. We're actually planning to return to Dallas in the summer with our kids and will book this hotel again. The room was very clean and modern. My husband slept like a baby in the bed.

    Very bad experience with this property. Day before our trip they cancel the reservation with out any reason and ignored messages from me and Booking.com. I booked this place for about $400.00 for three nights. I end up paying for our three days stay in Dallas hotel $1100.00.

Close to ALOT of stores in walking distance (Restaurants, Wendy’s, Walmart & Dollar Tree) 7. Be prepared to purchase your own breakfast bacon 🥓 & cook it in your room. 8. When you need service (AFTER you check in) for all the staff to claim the don’t speak English… so they don’t have to get it for you ijs….

    We spent the night in adjoining king suites with our 6 grandkids for a holiday stay-cation. We had a blast. The most fun was wearing our PJ's to the dining are and watching TV and playing games that evening. Hilton made our Christmas Stay-cation extra special! Thanks.

    This is a nice area to hang out and there is plenty to do. It also has a beautiful atmosphere. Grandscape is still being developed. There are things to do in other areas of The Colony. I am looking forward to staying again in the future. Some of the entertainment includes attractions for all ages, a movie theater, live music, a Ferris wheel, shopping, beautiful restaurants, nice areas to walk around outdoors, and plenty of free parking.

    Public areas seemed clean. The room was quiet. Negatives were many. With no daily room attention, we were also told they had no more coffee pods or daily supplies for the room. The breakfast {not included} was terrible. We ate out after that. The baked goods {bread, muffins, etc} were out in the open air getting stale. There were no attendants monitoring the steam table for proper temperature. There was an egg dish with what looked like velveeta cheese in it, and it was terrible. There was pancake syrup and no way to make pancakes. We even had to ask for coffee. There was no black tea available, only decaf, and the water was barely luke warm.

    My room was just musty, damp and humid like there was a bad water leak and it wasn't properly dried out. The hot breakfast bar was great. They offered a great variety of choices. I would most definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable night's stay.

    The staff is amazing. Very professional an very nice. All of them. I do not want to mention any name. The hotel is close to a Walgreen (0.3 miles) and a shopping mall (0.6 miles) with food option not very far. Quiet neighborhood. coffee available H24.
