Staff was horrible. Seems like everyone I interacted with was like I was bothering them. Matt who worked overnight on April 5 was super rough to deal with. I wanted to buy post cards. He looked at me as if he had no clue what to do or how to ring them up. I asked him if he’s this grumpy towards every guest explaining to him I’m a vacation. He said consistently is the most important thing and that he is. He shouldn’t be working in the service industry. I won’t be returning to your property due to the impolite staff working here.

The shower did not work. The room above us started playing music a 5am, staff took care of the loud music.

Chef's kitchen was amazing! The style and decor was beautiful. There was plenty of space for our whole family. The loft was a cool space. The master suite was so well done. The 3 season porch was my favorite space. Beautifully located for the north shore.

Gorgeous house in a perfect location. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was so comfortable and nicely furnished. We loved the amazing view from both decks, the cozy fireplace, and all the games/books.
