Location was right off interstate so easy to find. Breakfast was good. Nice clean room and linen. Rooms are not soundproof so light sleeper might have problems.

I cancelled my registration. Was charged twice. The first charge I understand because I cancelled late. But the 2nd charge was not ok. And called to find about it the hotel rep said he couldn't help me. Gave me the managers phone she didn't return my call. Terrible business. They stole from me basically.

The staff is very cordial and ready to help. The hotel is probably the best in Sparta, the place is upscale and has an indoor pool that even the locals like to use because it is heated and well kept.
Taxi cab service sucks and need another transportation...
Taxi cab service sucks and need another transportation either from another service and or hotel guest complimentary service... Which I surely would choose your hotel first because you offer rides..,, (,I am handicapped)

Tomah has certainly changed over the years.
Tomah has certainly changed over the years. They had no great places to stay before; but have several now. The town itself still struggles, but the outskirts have many new options. I love the Amish community.

Tomah is still more of a hub than a vaca spot.
Tomah is still more of a hub than a vaca spot. Has lost its small town appeal. But the Dells are close, Madison only an hour and a half away. Lacrosse (hours drive) has theaters, dining and the Mississippi River

Update on July 3, 2021on our stay at. The Quality inn Tomah.
After pushing for a refund on the fraudulent charges applied to our card the removed the charges only to find out after we got home from vacation that they took the money back out after refunding us. We are filing a complaint with the BBB. We are contacting booking.com again and complaining & anyone else we can contact. We will NEVER stay here again.

staff was very friendly when arrived at 10PM Sat night. Room was excellent. Very Clean, mattress was excellent. A/C was quiet and great. Had a very good, QUIET night in the room. In the AM, decided to leave early to get home. AM desk person was excellent. VERY friendly. Got some juice and cinnamon pastry and was on my way. Would STRONGLY recommend this hotel to everyone.
