Found a sewing needle on the bathroom floor, shower head spraying water out over the door onto bathroom counter, couldn't cast to tv, door safety lock was loose and didn't work, cheap sofa bed, not enough blankets, air unit didn't work correctly it was hot all night and we didn't like how you can't lock the bathroom door.

Large room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Exceptionally clean. Excellent hot breakfast at Cow Cafe next door, included with the stay. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were so polite and friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
