Tyler is a beautiful small city with plenty to do! Lots of nice restaurants & plenty of attractions in & around it. Pretty town with more going on than we expected.
Pretty town with more going on than we expected. Lovely historic homes with azaleas everywhere! Great retail stores and some unexpectedly excellent restaurants (Javi's, Villagio del Vino). Tyler seems to be the place you go if you have a reason to...
Tyler seems to be the place you go if you have a reason to go there: family perhaps, a funeral or a wedding. I can't say there is any redeeming reason to make Tyler a stop. I did though have a really nice steak dinner in a restaurant that was like going back in time. Sorry though I do not recall the name. If you do have to stay the night somewhere in the area Tyler wouldn't be your worst choice.Guest review bycherie - Review score6.0

The town is fine. Its the hotel that sucks beyond words. Still no reply on my $100 deposit that isn't mentioned on Booking for a $70 room with old food in mini fridge and cobwebs in the room not to mention the bathroom with a toothbrush sticking out of the noisy ass almost falling down light fixture.
