Set in Union Pier in the Michigan region, Goldberry Woods- A Modern Farm Resort features accommodation with free private parking.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Straight from the garden. Staff member explained everything on the dish and where it was sourced. Everything came from their own garden except the meat which came from a local organic farm.

A wonder visit at the Garden Grove Inn.

A wonder visit at the Garden Grove Inn. It is a delightful B&B set on a lovely property with large rooms, extremely clean, and wonderful food. Several parks close by Gailen and Warren as well New Buffalo which has a great beach area to spend that day. Union Pier is close to St. Joseph too. We liked the peace and relaxation we experienced at the Garden Grove Inn in Union Pier after the hustle and bustle of going to the larger areas. At Skips in Union Pier there is a European Farmers Market on Saturday and Sunday, May- Sept. I recommend going fresh produce, artisan made cheese, meats, as well as hand crafted items. We truly enjoyed it and found things to enjoy now as well as some one-of-a-kind gifts. We ate at the famous Redamaks and I highly recommend going there. We also enjoyed Villa Nova Italian and Caseys restaurants in New Buffalos

Nice private sandy beaches with a great State Park with facilities just a few minutes away. Lots of good restaurants in the area, cute shops and local live theater. Many wineries and distilleries in the area. We ate at Timothy's on Red Arrow Highway and it was excellent, also ate lunches at Stray Dog and Staymaker's. All very recommendable. Stayed at a B&B and was very comfortable with lots of amenities on the property.

All the harbor towns are lovely. Nice places to see.

All the harbor towns are lovely. Nice places to see. Hit them all. Recommend Gather for dinner, Frolich for breakfast and/or lunch. Herberts Swedish Bakery, loads of antique places around the area. Also Swedish Objects, Sojourn, Alapash, Goods and Heroes, Catalpa, Triology, tons of Art Galleries. Lakeside Goods.. all within minutes of Union Pier by car.

    + proximity of the beach

+ proximity of the beach - breakfast because I cannot consider that one bowl of stodgy oats + tea is an acceptable alternative. We had butter on the table but no toast, no jam! Concerning the answer about the upgrade, we didn’t ask it and yes there was a balcony in the room we got but the bed was a standard bed (not a queen size) and NOBODY came to clean the room during our stay!!

So underrated and incredibly dog-friendly town.

So underrated and incredibly dog-friendly town. The beach, St Julian's winery, Whistle Stop, and Milda's are all great places to visit. I went to Seedz Brewery and ordered pizza from Villa Nova there. Definitely recommend.

A hidden gem on Michigan's Southwest Coast.

A hidden gem on Michigan's Southwest Coast. Cute shops, lots of antiquing, unique restaurants. Three Oaks, St. Joseph and Sawyer are within a short drive and they are lovely towns as well. Stare parks and trails galore. Don't miss Timothy's Restaurant, Froelich's or Sawyer Home and Garden.

Liked the 1 story! Nice sized kitchen and huge living room. Really enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch. And especially enjoyed the beautiful English garden which was also fenced in. So lovely! The location was very convenient to Union Pier & less than 10 minutes to the New Buffalo beach and all the restaurants & shops nearby. Absolutely would stay again!!

Old fashion hotel done up and refitted - an absolute jem. The staff were friendly and it was a lovely historic building with bags of character that was only a short walk away from the beach. The beds were really comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the furnishings were very much in keeping with the hotel character.

First time in Union Pier will come back. Cool little town close to the beach, breweries, and food. Nice size rooms, comfortable bed and quiet place at night. Loved the outside sitting areas as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have had a savory option instead of all sweet, but well prepared.

A wonderful little Inn right next to the beach, in a very quiet area. Marvelous surroundings, the autumn landscapes were astonishing, the hotel decoration was great, and the staff was very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend this little inn to anyone visiting the area.

Nice old timey property easily reached from the highway that feels far away from mass transportation. Ample free parking with a friendly staff and a short walk from a nice beach on Lake Michigan.
