This hotel is 11.7 km from downtown Rochester, New York and the Memorial Art Gallery. It serves a daily breakfast buffet and features rooms with free WiFi.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. They had coffee, tea and some simple snacks, fruit and juice available 24/7 which was amazing when travelling with kids who want snacks at odd times. Central location right off the highway and close to shopping areas. Quiet rooms that were clean and comfortable. Electric vehicle chargers on site were a very nice bonus!

Gary Muhammad is the acting manager!

Gary Muhammad is the acting manager! When I told them, I am checking out early due to bugs in the room the woman at the desk stated i paid Booking.com, which i told them i paid at the hotel. Then she said i would have to call booking.com to have them send Marriott a cancelation. After being on the phone with Booking.com for almost an hour, Booking.com stated it was Pay at the hotel and they will have to refund the remainder of the 6 days. Booking .com stated they would send them a message to refund! After an hour and a half on the phone i asked for the manager and Gary Muhammad came out and was not Polite and i said I am leaving and want to check out and i need some type of documentation showing i checked out, Mr. Muhammed stated again we need the cancelation from booking.com. Mr. Mahammad stated; “what is the reason why i am checking out early” and i stated “bed bugs in the room” and i am not staying in a hotel that has bed bugs and showed him pictures of the bed bugs! Mr. Muhammad stated that is a scab. I stated are you kidding me Scabs do not have legs, (Unbelievable response). I stated bed bugs are not acceptable in a hotel, He did not respond and it was obvious Marriot Hotel and employees where not concerned by my complaint! I told Mr. Muhammad that i would contact my charge card company to make them aware of my departure date, have a nice day. I have bites on my body from these bed bugs. Beware of the experience that I have had which includes pictures of the bedbugs found! Mr. Mahammad also stated in his message that he inspected the room for bedbugs! Mr. Mahammad could not find any. HMMMMM the room would have to be heated and inspected by a licensed company trained to deal with Bedbug’s according to the health laws and all the rooms adjacent to this room would have to be quarantine and sprayed for bedbugs!!!

The area has everything anyone could need.

The area has everything anyone could need. It has restruants, gas stations, BJ'S, banks, Wegman's, North Ponds Park with walking trails, Savers,Bill Grays and is very near Lake Ontario. And down Ridge Road is another bustling shopping area on Hard Road. And a little further is the town of Webster. It has grown into a very prosperous but still friendly place.

The hotel was good value for the price.

The hotel was good value for the price. The proximity to shopping and attractions was great. There were plenty of food options in the area. We visited the Seneca Zoo (2hrs), the Strong Museum (5hrs), and the Rochester museum and science center (2hrs) - we didn't visit the planetarium. We had a great visit!

Webster is in a really nice location, right outside of Rochester, but not so close that you have to deal with the big city feel. Lots of, normal everyday, shopping options for typical needs like Wal-Mart, Wegmans, lots of drug stores. Very quick drive to fun destinations like the Strong museum of play and Seabreeze. Also plenty close to a good right in Rochester hospital god forbid it's needed. Also since it's close to Rochester, there's plenty of unique restaurants to eat at in the city. Theres also plenty of surrounding areas that offer nice mild nature walking trails. And in the summer, you can head up to the north side of Rochester to the beach. You have all the access to what Rochester has to offer, without being inside the Rochester city limits and having to deal with big city traffic, parking, noise, people, etc.

Comfy and squeeky clean. Completely renovated in 2019 but looks like it was renovated yesterday. Our King room was a little bigger than the run of the mill american hotel room with a nice sofa and cafe size dining table. Owners really paid a lot of attention to getting the design right when they renovated, making the stay more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was more than coffee and a bun with hot eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes and potatoes as well. Pool and hot tub were appreciated. Great stay all in all.

The breakfast was phenomenal I've told everyone about it because it was so large and delicious. The staff was wonderful too. I was ill and they were very accommodating and understanding. Also, the price was less than surrounding hotels for comparable accommodations and services. I would stay there again in a minute!

The hotel location was right off of the highway and 15 mins or less from everywhere we visited during our stay. The breakfast was great, lots of options even for the pickiest of kids. The pool was nice. The room was clean. The shower head was tall and the water pressure in the shower also good.
