Location was great, nearby a lot of shops and restaurants, even though is not close to the center was good for why we visited PIT. In front of the Hotel there is a car rental so thats also very convenient.

We didn’t like anything about the property. The only thing that was okay was the front desk clerk. The room was filthy with a broken filthy computer chair, stained sheets, stained carpet, trash from previous guest and dirty refrigerator. Noisy. We checked out after we read reviews that talked about bed bugs. We also read reviews from two years ago and realized management hasn’t cared enough to improve anything. I want a refund.
