Overpriced. Nothing that would set it apart . No coffee available. Everything was additional pricing. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The in room coffee maker did not work well. I would not recommend the facility.

    The bed and pillow were so comfortable, they need to change...

    The bed and pillow were so comfortable, they need to change the curtains in room 203 on the ground floor you could not pull the drapes closed I had to use my hair clip to try to close them in the middle for some privacy. Being on the ground floor and the parking lot was right outside you can see in the room. Everything else about the room was nice.

    The staff was AMAZING!! Everyone greeted us with a smile. We had trouble getting in our room and got help for that quickly and received an additional key for any future trouble that we might have. The staff was 80% of your visit. Incredible!! Our breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I will tell everyone I know about West Mifflin. I was happy and highly pressed.
