No issue with the hotel itself - it was lovely and we’d stay here again.
But we were kept awake all night by a crying baby nearby. This is no one’s fault, but with so few rooms occupied in the hotel, it would seem they could space us out so as to avoid potential for disturbances like this.

The room was very cozy and exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Yellowstone. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log every night. The kitchen is also nice and included an air fryer which was great for leftovers. The west entrance to the park and all the downtown stuff is only minutes away, so the location is perfect. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it!

No Breakfast. Place is awesome. We got everything we need. ❤️
West Yellowstone in the winter is a great jumping off point...
West Yellowstone in the winter is a great jumping off point for a 2-3 day adventure in Yellowstone-
I have been numerous times- coming from Big Sky post ski time.
Hard to find lux-ish lodging and after staying 4-5 star at Big Sky lodging remains a bit of a disappointment- but realizing where you are and proximity to YNP and tempering expectations for lodging helps … visit the bear and wolf exhibit (live animals up close and personal) IMAX has a good YNP movie… Had great dining at Hanks Chop Shop and Madison Crossing Lounge was darn good dining. McDonald’s Egg McMuffin & Coffe prior to snowmobiling is perfect :)

Loved the ability to walk the town.
Loved the ability to walk the town. Diversity of food options. Ernie’s for breakfast, homemade options that keep you fueled for hours. The largest cinnamon bun I have ever seen. The Mexican food bus, funky and delicious. Visited the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. Great place for families. If you listen carefully, you might hear the wolves howling in the night. The main reason we are here easy into the park.

A lovely little western town.
A lovely little western town. The people are friendly and welcoming. There are not enough eating opportunities, all restaurants have long waiting lists. In addition, there doesn't seem to be any places to grab something quick in the evening. On more than one occasion we have ended up in the grocery store, grabbing frozen dinners. Mornings and lunchtime are different, more opportunities. When you do get somewhere to eat, most of the food is really good. Lots of fun places to shop for gifts or souvenirs. There is a great place that will make you a sack lunch, as well as a fabulous breakfast. We always enjoy West Yellowstone.

We were only there 1 night.
We were only there 1 night. The property is run down, not kept up. There was no ice available, no glasses in the room, the temperature handle on the sink was broke & kept coming off, the shower nozzle didn't have any spray coming out the middle of it.
Is this room @ $222.00/night the new $120.00. This is a rip off.

It’s a great location to drive back and forth to the park.
It’s a great location to drive back and forth to the park. The town is mostly hotels, souvenir shops, convenience stores and restaurants. Cute and small.—mimics an old west town. We walked everywhere. The Timberline (clean homestyle restaurant) had a great breakfast. We also had a great burger and fries at the Canyon street grill (50’s style diner), and we didn’t get a milkshake, but the people next to us did, and they looked delicious. Be prepared that all the lodging is super pricey.

Hotel is at a good location, a bit off the bustle of the village, and of course very close to the park entrance. Everything was functional and seemed to be clean. Very friendly staff being very clear about hotel policies and important information. Parking was great and WiFi was good. Kids liked the indoor pool.
When booking a hotel, we look for convenience to the park, safe and quiet place, good breakfast. Kelly Inn has them all. Kelly Inn has two buildings that serve slightly different breakfast each day. Gusts can choose to have breakfast at any of two buildings.
Best hotel of our trip in Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota. Clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast is OK with attentive staff. Loved the coffee and cookies. Walking distance from restaurants and attractions in West Yellowstone.
