I would have loved to stay at Westford if that was the location we requested. We used booking.com and they were booking us for the Hampton Inn in Westport off of 53 Old Bedford Rd. They got it wrong! They didn’t help in correcting the mixup and left us without a room or a refund thus far. This was possibly a communication barrier or mistake that should have been made right. I had asked for a first floor room but was given a 4th floor room. A far cry from the floor I asked for. The receipt I was given was for more than I agreed to on booking.com. I was given no explanation until I asked for one. It was a satisfactory one. The pool and the breakfast were my 2 major disappointments. I understand about staying safe during Covid but we stayed at a holiday Inn in Ohio and had a free delicious breakfast that we could help ourselves to. This was the second time we have stayed here.
This was the second time we have stayed here. I love the Westford community. The property is so quiet. Both times it seemed as though we had our own private hotel. Beds are comfy and checking in and out was smooth. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly pleasant! Unfortunately the pool was close what was not mentiones in booking.com. In the hotel there is a big and perfectly equiped huge fitness center, open during the week from 5 AM on, and 7 AM on weekends. They offer also spinning and planty of other classes. It is a public gym with free access for hotel guests, which is a big positive aspect. We booked a Hampton Inn at Westport off of 53 Old Bedford Rd and found that the hotel wasn’t even close to the celebration we were in town to visit.
