Convenient location with good parking, elevator, and clean spacious room. But the connectivity (B block, 3rd floor room) was very patchy for the on-demand TV and wifi. I mentioned this to reception and the hotel engineer, but it couldn’t be improved and I ended up having to use a lot of mobile data. The aircon was noisy, my room faced the pool which was also noisy, and in most rooms you have to semi-close the blinds for privacy so there’s limited natural light. Overall, not good value for US$400+/night.

We enjoyed our time here very much. Lovely place, nice and clean and the Lost Property Cafe was very nice also. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!!

The desk clerk, Rory, was very friendly and the room was perfectly fine. However, the food in the bistro was exceptionally disappointing. The side salad was just arugula with a vinaigrette. Nothing else and if you don’t like arugula…. The burger was terribly overcooked and was literally inedible. It was obvious that we did not eat much food but no one asked if our food was ok. We decided to go for a night swim and the hot tub was cold which was also disappointing.
