We had a family party in town and a funeral at the same time and haven't seen my husband's children in a very long time. So we paid for 2 rooms and stayed for a few days, it was great all around.. Staff was extremely helpfu,l if we needed anything. breakfast was not just some bagged. Eggs, it was actually all homemade It was really good..great coffee.. A little area to purchase items that you forgot and snacks and drinks..we loved it and will stay again for sure! The only thing that was disappointing is the pool broke right before we got there. It's not their fault, a pipe busted.

    The location was convenient for me. Things I don't like:

    The location was convenient for me. Things I don't like: It was dirty (stains on the bed covers, hair in the bathtub). Smells bad in the room to the point that it was hard to breath. I have seen a cockroach on the wall. Old worn out and clumpy uncomfortable matrasses. Entrance door security guard was broken off.

    I spent years in Army barracks that were cleaner and better maintained. Noise in the lots, no site security. Had to fetch my own towels from the laundry room and dump my own trash. For the money, you're being robbed. Motel 6 next time! Only plus was a Portillo's right down the street.

    I stayed at La Quinta Willowbrook many times.

    I stayed at La Quinta Willowbrook many times. Great hotel, very clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Reasonable breakfast. I might recommend the staff to give rooms next to washing machines only if there are no other options, since they are a bit noisy.

    Very dirty and not worth the price. I will never stay here again!! Dog poop in the stairway that never got picked up. Had to ask for basics like towels and shampoo that should have been in the room already. All the carpets were stained.

    This hotel has a good location and looked clean but the non smoking room was horribly full of smoke. The mattress on one bed was horrible with a deep depression on one side. I sat there to tie my shoes and I sank extremely low. Had toilet paper but about 1/3 of a roll and no extra. Other than that the room was clean, the bathroom was fine, it looked like the picture in the booking picture and it was quiet

    Nothing it was horrible, lady at front desk said she didn't get reservation, so I did it again payed twice, for 3 days,homeless people live outside there ripped me off 600.00 dollars, dont stay here
