It’s a beautiful location, but pictures do not correspond to reality. It can, technically, accomodate 5 people, but stacked among themselves.

Stargazing was unbelievable, never seen that many stars in the sky anywhere else before, The sea Lion colony is awesome, the view from the top of the lighthouse is a must, try the sea algae fritters, fried fish bites(dogfish), the beach on the south (playa sur) is where most people go to, got to see the famous Darwin's toad which only inhabits this region in the world.

Cabo Polonio is a bit of a magical place.
Cabo Polonio is a bit of a magical place.
The beach is endless and the sky is amazing at night because of the lack of light pollution.
There are some good places to eat or drink but I recommend withdrawing a lot of cash before going there, as some places don’t accept cards.

The scenery and the beaches are unique.
The scenery and the beaches are unique. Cabo Polonio is a beautiful National Park. The sunsets are amazing.
But you have to like the very particular vibe of this place, such as lacking basic infrastructure. It is extremely basic while quite expensive. It´s some kind of rich hippies place.
Book in advance or you´ll end up in the same hotel we went, which was really bad (Puertas del Cabo). There are better options but be prepared to spend your dollars if you want something decent.
We had dinner at Perla del Cabo which was very good, especially the ceviche.

Great simple accommodation in Cabo Polonio. The owner, Edith, is such a nice person who welcomes you into her home. Breakfast is delicious with homemade bread and jam. Good coffee too. I also ordered lunch and dinner which were so good (I had fish milanesa and miniaturas de pescado)! I've not had such good home cooking for a while on my trip so it was a treat.
Beautiful and rustic hotel. Location, staff and breakfast are great! It is a bit pricy since the room itselt it´s pretty rustic and small. Be aware that there is no outlet or electricity in the room. The bathroom and room has dim lights coming from a solar panel, but you can charge any device in the lobby and the room.
The bonfire place right at the front is great as well as the rooftop terrace. I also liked the vibe of Cabo Polonio itself as they got ready for the high season.
