Jade, Billy and Inz and all wait staff were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Food was fabulous, compliments to the chef's. Very relaxing and great pool area to unwind and chill out after a busy holiday travelling around Vietnam. Would definitely stay here again.

Close by if you need anything but will always check in to see if the time is suitable to drop past. So helpful with general enquiries - she even arranged our transfers & booked our train tickets to Hue.

This is a completely new building with modern, stylishly furnished rooms. Everything feels fresh and up-to-date. It's located in a very quiet area – no street noise at all – making it perfect for a good night's sleep. The beds are comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure.
