I feel so lucky to have found this property during my bookings. Location is 10/10. Every single thing is at a walking distance of 10-15 mins. Spring and A were great help during my stay. Most of my interactions were with Spring and I’m so grateful to her for all guidance and help. She truly is a gem! I highly recommend this property during your stay at Hoi An! The rooms were clean and welcoming, and they had a wonderful view of the river, but were insulated enought to protect from the noise. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the pho was excellent. A lovely stay.

We arrived late.Front desk was accommodating but room is not good at all.Air-condition is broken we have to wait in the morning to complain because no front desk 24 hrs.They fixed the problem after our breakfast which is nice but 1 night was already wasted they should check them before we arrived.Fridge also broken and washroom clog.Room is pretty dirty not maintained and cleaned.I can’t recommend the place if you are particular with the cleaning.

Quiet location. Maybe 30 minutes walk from the « city centre » I loved the place. Great facilities and comfortable. Staff is very useful and friendly. No complaints.
