We stayed in a few hotels on our trip and this was the best! The staff are incredible, remembering our names and always welcoming us back, the room was really comfortable and the whole hotel is well designed/decorated. The breakfast is decent with a good range, the local knowledge given to us helped make the trip easy and nothing was too much trouble.

It was a great time with a lot of good recommendations for activities but also shopping. The pictures look like reality. Whenever we asked for a tour, Minty from the reception organized everything perfectly for us. Highly recommended.

It’s comfortable , the pool very clean (not huge) and good for a dip, breakfast is great with good choices. Staff most helpful. Location is a stretch for the beach unless you’re a good cyclist and similar for town but A Grab car is cheap as anything if needed. We cycled everywhere , bikes are provided for free but to be honest they could do with updating at some point as some are a liability to ride. The room was huge and the bed and when we stayed it was so quiet. Close cycle are the rice fields where you can see buffalo and people working in the fields . There’s a Winmart at the very end of the Road which is handy as the room has a fridge. The staff were very good at communication before we arrived and during.

The hotel is in perfect location right next to the old town and the river where you can get the lantern boats. The rooms are comfy and a good size. The lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. She was so friendly to us and gave us advice on where to go and restaurants to eat at. Really appreciated her kindness. Thank you

Room and bathroom were a good size. Plenty of pressure on the shower heads. Wardrobe with enough hangers, a safe, robes and slippers. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a table overlooking the area and the pool. All the staff were incredible, so helpful and kind. Made us feel very welcome. We loved that we could use the free shuttle to the Old Town if we did not feel like walking (20 min.) Also made good use of the free bikes.

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay by the beach. The hotel looked after us very well. There are great restaurants and massage spas nearby. Would definitely stay there again.
