The facility is amazing, their service is impeccable. This is the two things that stand out the most. The hotel staff is an attentive to your needs, and they are always to help you with any questions you may have. Whether it’s looking for recommendations for food or what to do, or helping to plan the day, they have your back. Also, the hotel is in the middle of the old city, with plenty of things / shops to visit. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want an amazing time at Hanoi.

Fantastic location. So close to everything. The hotel is nice - cozy, clean. The breakfast that's included is superb and a great start to the day.
Most of all - all of the staff is amazing, especially Hong, the sales manager. She went out of the way to organize not only our trips in Hanoi but even at our next stop in Da Nang, saving us quite a bit of money in the process. She did everything via Whatsapp so it was really easy to stay in touch with her and she was very responsive.

Hanoi is an Amazing place, like Kathmandu on a budget!!!
Vibrant, Buzzing. Motor bikes, restaurants everywhere (pavements blocked by those two things)! Heavy traffic. Overall Very affordable.
Presidential Palace was the only area where there was ‘space’! Ho Chi Minh museum was excellent (we missed the opening time for the Mausoleum) and the Stilt House is a bit ‘meh’!
Loved Train Street, but not for the feint hearted.
(If you want a quiet holiday, don’t come to hanoi!)

If you like the hustle and bustle of a big city, Hanoi has it in spades. The old quarter is capable of giving you sensory overload. Shopping is great value but you should be prepared to haggle. We found a little bar and restaurant called Pizza Lovers which serves the best Pizza this side of Naples and really good value.

our stay was seven nights in Hanoi and 2 nights in Halong Bay.
The museums we vsited were brilliant and super cheap. The prison especailly was very moving. The women's museam gave a great insight into the efforts pout into equailty for women by the government. Half day jeep tour with MAI was brilliant. Markets, sites, Train Street etc plus lots of useful hisotry. Half day cooking expereince with MR Pickle from Blue Butterfly was exceptional. Be prepared for the wet market if you are a little squeamish.
All day trip to Binh Mihn excellent. River cruise on small boat was truly wonderful.
Traffic in Hanoi is manic and the air is very polluted. The roads in the old Quarter are awash with people and scooters. No real rules are followed so you just join in. Everyone seems to know how to swerve to avoid you. First road crossing was a bit scary but once you realise everyone is looking out then its actually quite fun!
Friendly people in shops and cafes but not so much in the night market. A gazzillion people and the products are very similar or exactly the same from one stall to another.
Food in the small cafes etc is very cheap. A beer in our hotel mini bar was 30,000 VN. Ridiculous....
We absolutely loved the experience. Ate lots of local food and bought silly tourist trinkets and knock off cloths. Well you have to don't you !!

Our trip covered Vietnam and Cambodia over 19 days including travel. In reality this meant 4-5 days in four locations - Hanoi, Hoi An, Saigon and Siem Reap. For Hanoi the must see/do are a City tour, Halong Bay cruise and Ninh Binh - all fantastic experiences. Unfortunately, this left us with very little time to fully see Hanoi.
Recommend Cha Ca dinner, where the food - fish and local vegetables are flame cooked in a wok at your table. Only $20 for both, and mostly frequented by locals. You may have to queue (briefly), but its a big place. Take a taxi/tuk-tuk, since its hidden down a side street.

We had 5 days in Old quarter of Hanoi and we loved it!
We had 5 days in Old quarter of Hanoi and we loved it! buzzling area with crazy traffic and people everywhere, but not in a bad way. Just find a café where you can sit a floor or two up, and just watch the chaos from above. For some reason it's very relaxing and fun.
Also other parts of Hanoi are beautiful, but the old quarters was our favourites.

This was our second stay in this hotel (hotel was so good for first night in Hanoi, that we booked it also for our last nights in Hanoi). Hotel is very comfortable (especialy beds), breakfast is very good with very large posibility of choice of food, view of the city is exceptional from breakfast room. Staff was very friendly and helpful and location of hotel is perfect - just in the middle of old quarter. This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam.
This hotel couldn't be better it's in a perfect location in the old quarter and the rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean.I have stayed in hotels all over the world but the staff here are by far the nicest and most attentive. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The tours they arranged for us were also top class! 5 star service in the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel we will be back as soon as we can!
We had an excellent experience staying in this Hotel, the room is quiet and perfect, the bed is amazing, and the best shower, the location is perfect in the old quarter, excellent breakfast and all the staff were amazing with us, they helped with everything, efficient, quick, and friendly service.
They made our stay in Hanoi 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks to Justin 🙌 look after us very well.
The hotel was perfectly located in the old quarter and near the lake. Great to take a stroll to shop, eat streat food and explore the city. Even the French Quarter is in walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay at Eliane Signature and can recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed start of their Hanoi or Vietnam experience.
The hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter. It's an excellent base in the very center of the city. The vibrant neighborhood is within arm's reach. The place is very cheap, even by Vietnamese standards. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly lovely and kind. The rooms are large and have almost everything you need for a comfortable stay.
