Very cheap stay price however room was dirty. Dead bugs, hair and blood stains on the sheets. Rubbish found on the floor from previous stays. Room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Dust on surfaces and mould on the wall. Sheets also felt damp. We only stayed for a matter of hours and left as soon as possible to move on to another hotel. Didn’t bother checking rest of facilities not even the breakfast we had included just wanted to leave asap. Didn’t bother notifying staff as going off other reviews they can’t take criticism well and didn’t fancy a broken English altercation.

The lady who runs this place is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The room was a perfect location to have as base for the day between arriving from Hanoi and the morning and catching the night train at Ninh Binh station . The latter is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room and facilities were spotless.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The grounds include a swimming pool, a pond at the back and a beautifully landscaped garden. The room is supper spacious, clean and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked in front of you. The mango was the best mango I've ever tried! The staff is really profesional, helpful and kind. They organised the transfers from the airport and back to Hanoi. There's so much to do and see in the Nihn Bihn region that I'd like to come again at some point. I'd definitely come back to nanhouse!

Thank you for these few days spent in the company of the family. They were in the care with us and allowed us to make the most of our stay.
The accommodation is very nice and you feel at home. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very good. The pool is very pleasant during the day or for a bath in the late afternoon.
