Very clean, tidy, small room with beautiful marble floors, that had everything we needed for a single transit night.
We arrived at 2 in the night with the bus from HCMC and they stayed up to let us in.
We didn't see much of the surroundings as we left early the next day, so we cannot attest to the location if you plan to stay longer in Soc Trang, but we definitely had all the comfort and niceness needed after a 5 hour bus drive.

The price is very affordable compared to the conveniences it provided to me ( I even got a discount by the time I arrived at the reception: 330K on the web, 290K at the reception). Staff is very friendly.
I would recommend it to everyone who is planning to go to Soc Trang.

I only stayed for one night and it was a good in-between-stay. The room was clean, beds slept well and the airconditioning worked perfect. The hosts don't speak English but they seemed very friendly and with Google Translate (and the help of their son who spoke some English) they helped me get to Tran de Port the next day!
