The staff at the check-in was very friendly and they upgraded my room for free. Very convenient distance from the airport. The room and bathroom were clean. Only con is the bed very hard but that also depends on people's preference. Overall good place to stay if you need an hotel near the airport

The room was very spacious. The room had an extra thick blanket incase it was cold ( which was useful as we was freezing ). The location was good for access to the airport. The staff were friendly and organised a taxi for us to get to the airport the next morning.

    I was running very late for my flight – the owner grabbed his own car and within a minute we were driving to the airport and we reached it within five minutes.

    Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

    Absolutely the most helpful hotel proprietor I've ever met. Darek went out of his way to ensure we had a brilliant visit, organised us transportation to Cát Bà Island, and recommended us a fantastic hotel there. We liked the hotel and Darek so much we booked it again prior to our departure from Hanoi. Also the hotel was brilliant value for money and very close to the airport terminal.
