Guest reviewThe staff are very helpful and very generous! I got there at 3 am because of my late flight and Check out a little bit later than 12 am but the staff are very helpful with that. If you have long layover or late flight to Hanoi , it’s just 15 min walk from the Noi Bai airport International Terminal.

The duvet/blanket was too thin and the bathroom wasn't clean. After showering the drain clogged completely. The staff was very nice and helpful. Greeted us when we arrived very late and arranged for a driver when we left early next morning (6am).
