We had a lovely stay at Hue Serene Palace Hotel. We were greeted with a welcome watermelon drink on arrival. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, including extra things like umbrellas. Breakfast had a good selection. The staff were kind and helpful, sharing recommendations for our stay and also allowing us to take a shower in the afternoon after check out, as we had stored our luggage and went out that day. Special thank you to Sarah who was always looking after us.

I had such a wonderful stay here! It is in a great spot so was easy to walk to things or use a Grab. It was my coziest stay in Vietnam so far with very cute rooms and so many thoughtful details. The host has really thought of everything and even has a little directory and Google Map with saved spots and recommendations that he shares when you check in. Literally every one of the staff was so kind and helpful and thoughtful and caring. I am truly so sad to leave and wish I would have stayed longer! Thank you so much for having me and I hope to come back again!
