The location is very peaceful. There is a small lake adajacent to the hut we slept in, but otherwise there isn't much of a view from another angle. There are three beds in the hut we stayed in, which would be nice for groups, but they weren't made up the same and there was only 3 pillows in total. The mattresses also differ wildly, with one being extremely bouncy and soft and the others being very hard.
The kitchen is somewhat stocked with cutlery and dishes, a kettle and a few other things. It would be adequate if you brought a little bag of ingredients. Definitely do that as there are few shops around, and only mini-marts based out the back of nearby homes, and so they really only sell snacks and drinks.
We were able to order a breakfast, which was rice noodles and beef. It was clearly fresh and it tasted great, though it did cost an additional 35k a bowl. This is of course fine, but I had expected a little more value for money as their wasn't much in terms of toilettries and coffee-tea sachets. He did boil a big jug of water ready for us, though!
Bathroom is nicely done, though there's about 3-5 minutes of hot water only, so if you are going as a group, you may want to space out the showering, or put the cold-lovers at the back of the queue!

Our stay was amazing. The staff is very kind and super helpful. Everything is clean and easy to use, the amenities are really great. We would totally recommend the breakfast which is amazing : one of the best that we had in all of our trips.

Close to the beach, breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Lyna on reception was very helpful and always willing to have a chat and trying to improve her English. The ground keeping staff were always cheerful as were the housekeeping. The head chef, Mr. Duoc was fantastic. After I informed him I was a chef for 45 years, we had a lot in common. He invited me to meet his family and had a couple of great nights having a few beers.

We had another incredible stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co, which is our favourite hotel in Vietnam and one of the best hotels we have been to.
Ms Dao, the executive assistant manager, is the heart and soul of the hotel. She is incredibly nice and caring and such a great person and manager! We love her.
Our villa host Hao was also top notch in all areas.
The service is truly impeccable and very personal.
The beach pool villa is very nice, with jacuzzi and very close to the beach.
The breakfast is our favourite, one of the best in the world!!
Our baby daughter also very much enjoyed the stay as everyone was caring so much about her.
We will definitely repeat.

I really enjoyed my stay at this magical place. The location by the waterfall was stunning, surrounded by nature and away from the usual tourist crowds, which made it feel peaceful and very unique.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Huong from reception, who made sure everything went smoothly. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it was a great spot to unwind and appreciate the beaty of nature. If you're looking for a quiet escape, this is a great choice.

Be (the lady we saw every morning) really looked after us- she helped us each morning to plan our itinerary, get a car for us to go to Danang town, helped my husband with his flu symptoms by offering tea, got me floss from in town with her own money (what an angel!)
It’s a shame the weather was a bit cold so we couldn’t utilise the beach/ pool
