We came back to the hotel again after 2 days in Cat Ba and were happily surprised with a free room upgrade! They were also super generous with letting us keep one of our suitcases with them while we were away on the short trip. Fantastic location. So close to everything. The hotel is nice - cozy, clean. The breakfast that's included is superb and a great start to the day. Most of all - all of the staff is amazing, especially Hong, the sales manager. She went out of the way to organize not only our trips in Hanoi but even at our next stop in Da Nang, saving us quite a bit of money in the process. She did everything via Whatsapp so it was really easy to stay in touch with her and she was very responsive.

The location is very nice, right in the middle of the old quarters. Staff was amazing, the rooms where very clean and the restaurant and food was unbelievable!
