The room was comfortable with excellent views of the harbour from the balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and would return.

This hotel is classed as 5 star but from previous experience this certainly isn’t the case. There is no concierge services nor leaflets to advise about the area, if they had, we wouldn’t have wasted our day as never found the sun world and the many shops and restaurants until they were closing. Lovely swimming pool and rooftop bar, shame there were no staff to serve drinks or food there. Check-in was a chore, no communication to the customers, no English speaking staff on reception to help. They came across rude and unhelpful and left us waiting for quite a while not knowing if we had a room or not! If you can only speak English I would suggest you stayed 5 minutes further down the road at the Wyndham which is in a more tourist area.
