Amanzimtoti are such a great holiday location, just 20 min out of durban connecting with the south coast.
my Favrourite town and mall - and i dont like malls, i love nature...
Galleria has an Ice Skating ring, Ferris wheel and even a mini train for little ones.
with Ample restaurants and off course a seaview from Ocean Basket.
This town has safe night bars, family orientated restaurants on the beach and in Doonside, from the rugby club where you can buy 1 get 1 local pizza on a wednesday night to where kiddies run on the fields and a sunday where you bring your meat to a greet and pay R35 for salads and buy drinks, my favourite new restaurant are the monkey bar with the most amazing view of toti where you have the BEST EVER hamburgers.
Then off course there are SPLASH AND THIRSTY WHALES That make Amanzimtoti Beach very special - amazing entertainment for the family.
Many little local restaurants and shops to support or just come on vacation to beach road to 1 of so many holiday flats or book holiday homes on airbnb and drive to 1 of 4 beaches within 5 minutes.
Should you want to Experience the Wild Coast sun - we are just 2 hours away... home before you know it at very affordable rates for accommodation!!

The beach is wonderful.
The beach is wonderful. The Spur is on the beach as well as the Thirsty Whale. They have lifeguards. The walk ways are clean and tidy. There are a few take away shops also on the beach front. There is a Dis chem and Woolies and The Galleries Mall has a huge variety of shops. They also have a bowling alley for the whole family.

We love coming to Toti, there is so much to do other than the beach. Galleria mall is a must see, something for the whole family, great places to eat, plenty shopping. Mr Brown's in Galleria mall has the best burgers & bacon& cranberry jam. It was so good, their peanut butter milkshakes were awesome too.

Strange place without many tourist amenities, and nothing I could find that is actually at the beach. All restaurants and bars I could find sit either in town or in the a mall. This is probably due to the original development of residential properties directly on the beack, not leaving space for businesses. But perhap a though for the future to put up some kiosks along the beach areas?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabanas which had a stunning view from the main bedroom, lounge & balcony. It's location in Amanzintoti is excellent. The Inyoni Rocks, from which the local fishermen fish for shad & muscle cracker, are just 10 walk along the beach. Bird watching from the balcony heralded sightings of hadedas, pelicans, terns & herons at the Amanzimtoti river mouth. On our final morning we were treated to a magnificent broaching display by a humpback whale.
The hotel is located in a peaceful environment with beautiful ocean view. The room was nice, clean and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly, we received warm welcome at reception and during breakfast. Breakfast was nice with lots of options.
Exceptional service from the receptionist, to cleaning staff, to the general manager, to the dining room service.. The view from the hotel room, the decor, positioning. Access to the hotel, safety measures, access to the beach. Wooe
