The facility was prestine. The staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The views are amazing. The restaurant on site was amazing.

Experience was very bad, couldn't even sleep because there was cockroaches everywhere,and we were itching the whole night. We booked for two nights but only slept for one night we had to leave because of the cockroaches.

    The place was very nice.

    The place was very nice. Located in an affluent upmarket area. It has Spacious clean rooms. I would have preferred availability of a shower chair specially designed for disabled people as my husband is disabled. Otherwise me and my husband were very happy to have chosen Jasmine lodge for our stay in SA. We have already recommended it to our family friends for any planned visit to SA.

    Lakes everywhere Lots of lovely cafes And Charlize Theron's hometown ^^ Victorian Secret Garden with stunning architecture and sweets desserts. Dinner in Papaboa with music night. Lakeside mall shaped like a steam boat. Appearance is so nice. However, strangely there was not much interesting content inside.

    Not sure if Wi-Fi is there and working, Food offering especially breakfast not offering was a concerned, I thing the furnisher in the rooms needs some upgrade (appear old) The location is good closer to amneties, Hospitality was excellent, the overall appearence of the hotel is pleasng to the eyes and tidy.

    Very good location, close to O R Thambo International Airport, East Rand Mall and local restaurants and shops. The owner Vees and Precious the housekeeper were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a full English plus cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt and juices something for every palate. The Albatross is set in beautiful gardens with lots of birds and a pool for the guests use. Overall we could not have asked for more and will definitely return if stopping over in Benoni again.

    An outstanding hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a superior room which was spacious. The staff are amazing, very friendly and very efficient. The food in the restaurant is of excellent quality and well priced. The pool is of good size. They make your special occasion to be very memorable. We loved it so much that we will definitely return.
