South AfricaWe had a lovely stay at this property! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere—helped by the absence of a TV—made it the perfect spot to unwind. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the pool, which added to the relaxing vibe. The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times. But if you're looking to disconnect and enjoy a break from constant screens, it’s actually a bonus!

We especially loved strolling through the orchard, taking in the peaceful surroundings, and soaking up the beauty of the area. The highlight of our stay was listening to Allen’s fascinating stories—his knowledge and insights added such a unique touch to our visit.
If you’re looking for a tranquil escape with warm hospitality and breathtaking scenery, Latjeskloof is a perfect choice. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

The healing waters of the spring. The rock pools are so great, relaxing ... your body and spirit are renewed after relaxing in the pool or rock pools. The absolute quietness are wonderful. Each property or house is designed so that you feel you are the only people around. Love the privacy and connecting with nature. I will never return as everything from the Maintenace round the pool, inside the chalet and outside was not done. Area in the reception was disgusting and open wires under the jacuzzi and outside the chalet after what seems to be a geyser that was replaced. No Wifi for 24 hours on arrival, no water for 3 hours, jacuzzi not working and tripping all the time, grass in the main pool area left very long during peak season TRULY A POOR EXPERIENCE AND I WIL NEVER GO BACKGuest review byArnold - Review score10.0

We absolutely loved our 1 night stay at this lovely little cottage set amongst beautiful surroundings. The added bonus was the hot tub and also having a tv. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and when we needed assistance in resetting our hot water cylinder which had tripped when there was loadshedding, someone arrived immediately to attend to it. Be sure to order your wood when you arrive. This was also delivered to us promptly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the lighting next to the bed was excellent for reading at night. Citrusdal is 20 kms from the resort and is a one horse town with nothing to offer tourism. Every street is full of potholes, and there is a very limited retail offering. We spent there two nights, but would love to spend more, actually. We fell in love with the tranquility and peacefulness of the place in combination with astonishing views over the lemon tree orchard with breathtaking rock formations at the horizon.
