Place was clean and also the bedroom was clean and smelling fresh. Even during load shedding there was a backup. The water was hot enough, undercover parking was available. Had WiFi access in the apartment. Security on this place is on point.

I loved everything about the apartment. the view of the beach/lagoon, the only issue was the distance to the entrance of the lagoon and the traffic control... their access was giving us issues all the time. but other than that - all was PERFECT... :p
