Saturday I was informed that breakfast was not booked online, so no breakfast. Asked what is then the procedure for Sunday morning breakfast. Was handed a breakfast request form and I filled it in for Sunday (06/04/25) at 09H00. This was all done by the cleaner no other person at reception. She wasn't very polite and you got the feeling she doesn't want to help. We left at 08H15 for a funeral. At 12H45 we returned to find our room unserved and still no toilet paper (no spare). Walked around to see if I can see someone and got hold of the lady (cleaner) form earlier and ask her for toilet paper and to serves our room, when I was informed that they are not going to serve breakfast Sunday morning because it wasn't booked online. Only arrived at 13H05 to service the room and supply toilet paper at 14H00.
