The property was nice and clean, located about 1 hour outside of Mbombela, it’s surrounded by lush greenery. The dirt road leading to the property wasn’t so bad, we were able to drive on it comfortably with a sedan.

Featuring garden views, Ebeneezer Self-Catering Guesthouse in the Lowveld provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 1.7 km from Sabie Country Club.

Host met near a local garage to guide to the property. Great balcony with mountain views. All necessary facilities available for ease of stay. Recommend staying here with a 4x4 to navigate through to the falls. Limited food delivery restaurant recommended but delivery drivers do have access to more restaurants in the area. TV has dstv but wifi router is limited to 5G, ended up using our own. Coffee/tea With milk was provided

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Waterval Self-Catering Holiday Home is set in Sabie. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.

The accommodation and location were exceptional. The house is beautifully furnished. The pool and water were clean. We really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there are a few points of criticism. The access to the house is via a very bumpy road. One of the shower doors is missing, the kitchen needs renovation as the drawers no longer work properly, the toaster is broken, the rubber seal on the stove is falling off, and in the scullery, water from the drain hose runs onto the floor when you pull the plug out of the sink.

*Serene Retreat in a Natural Oasis* I had the pleasure of staying for 4 nights at this picturesque retreat, nestled among lush greenery and towering trees, with the soothing sounds of the nearby river providing a constant backdrop. The facility's thoughtful design and attention to detail created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. The cozy cottage accommodations were tastefully appointed with all the amenities necessary to make one feel at home. The retreat's proximity to the Sabie CBD ensured that all necessary amenities were within easy reach, yet the peaceful surroundings allowed for a complete disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life. A delightful breakfast was also offered on a daily basis. Overall - This retreat offers a unique blend of natural beauty, tranquility, and thoughtful services, making it an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. I highly recommend Sabie Star to anyone looking to escape the stresses of everyday city life and connect with nature....

With Sabie Valley and garden views, Sabie Self Catering Apartments each has a deck or patio with barbecue. Free WiFi is available and restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

The pictures make it look amazing, but the actual place doesn't do it justice. The parking entrance is terrible.Way too expensive for what you are supposed to pay for just accommodation. The rules pasted all over the apartment are totally unexpected as we did not sign up to live in a student residence. If we didn't pay in advance, I surely would not have stayed there again for 2 days. It was not what I expected for the price we paid. I would, in the future, make sure I see a place in person before I book. Photos are deceiving.

About an hour away from most attractions. Beautiful views. Very relaxed. Clean town. Best part is the fresh air. Nature at its best. Lots to see. The wild fig tree is an amazing place to eat. Petena pancakes was a delight and something different.

Beautiful place to immerse in natural surroundings & especially the several waterfalls to feast. Halaal Wimpy is less than 5min away. Spar/Shoprite and so many other small convenient stores close by. Many scenic highlights along the Panaromic route to explore eg. Blyde River Canyon, God's Window, three Rondavels etc

Viewing of the waterfalls has to be carefully planned.

Viewing of the waterfalls has to be carefully planned. As a wheelchair user, you cannot gain access to most of the falls. Take enough fluids wherever you go, it's really hot and humid. Don't think you'll find dinner on a Sunday afternoon, after 1 everything closes. Buy whatever you need Saturday. Some road conditions are terrible, but can be accessed by a lower vehicle. Just drive very slowly. The bookstore in town is definitely a big winner and should be visited.

A great location endowed with natural wonders around. Its proximity to Graskop makes it an ideal location. It has all the amenities you might need - restaurants, supermarkets, fuel garages etc. The roads are good. I honestly didn't expect to see such good roads.

Sabie is such a beautiful small town, if you are looking for place to recharge your batteries and ground yourself, Sabie is the place to visit! What I loved the most is that you can visit all the waterfalls in one day if you are pressed for time. Luckily, I had four days to explore. The only waterfall I didn't see was Forest Falls. Hopefully, next time when I visit I will have enough time to get to it and also do the Fanie Botha Hiking Trail.
