我們位於台東市區中心區域，該區街道較為安靜簡樸，離機場、火車站、港口皆約十至十五分鐘車程，離鐵花村音樂聚落步行時間約十五分鐘，鄰近區域亦有多間著名咖啡廳及早午餐店，生活及交通機能便利，搭乘公車可在變電所站或基督教醫院站下車前往。
