This condo is located on the second floor of The Vue building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This 2 bedroom, 2 Bath condo will welcome guests with plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the pools and manicured garden area, the onsite restaurant and bar, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Guests will enjoy watching the sunrise from the comfort of your private balcony! The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space. The dining area has seating for 4, and there are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use. The primary bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there is an additional bathroom with a tub and shower combination in the hall. Pet-friendly with an additional fee. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
