Not too bad I was expecting for five stars of hotels in the amount of money that I paid more but not too bad. I was disappointed about the breakfast room. The floor was dairy and the breakfast should be better. They should improve a little bit.

Great location. Walkable to most everything. The sound-proofing on the windows was impressive. I worried Id be woken by early morning Azan being so close to a big mosque but no, it was very quiet. Breakfast had local specialties and changed a little every day which was nice. Desk staff were super nice and helpful. Housekeeping folded my laundry? I was almost embarrassed. A+ service overall.

The young man who greeted us was the friendliest guy ever. He parked our car for us and answered all of our questions. We were able to check in early too. It was the best welcome to a hotel ever. There is a sheet explaining the family who owns the hotel and what the hotel means to them. We would absolutely recommend anyone staying there when in Sarajevo.

The location is great. It is located right in the center. Wherever you go for sightseeing or eating is just a couple of minutes away. The gentleman in the reception is a great person, he helped us with everything, it was a great experience.

    Super good location just few steps from the old town! Perfect starting point to explore the city and reach the yellow fort! Staff was very helpful and friendly! They were able to accommodate all my requests with no hesitation! I really felt home! Definitely recommended!

    Sarajevo really surprised me—in the best way. It’s beautiful, super walkable, and has this mix of cultures that makes it feel unique without trying too hard. It’s also way more affordable than most European cities, which meant I could do and see loads without stressing about my budget. Honestly feels like a great starting point if you’re planning a bigger Europe trip—chilled vibe, good food, interesting history, and just a great place to land

    Prekrasno skijalište, staze lijepo pripremljene, drže dosta dobro i na +13. Ima dosta gužve, a s obzirom na izgradnju koja je u tijeku, valjalo bi dodati još staza. Odvoz smeća sumnjivo funkcionira i nedostaje pekara. Ljudi su izuzetno ljubazni i osjećaš se zaista dobrodošao! Savršeno za odmor s malom djecom koja još nisu pravi skijaši.

    The location is very charming, very beautiful. The neighbors are very friendly and hospitable, and everyone welcomes us. We felt that we were really among our family and relatives. I advice all friends to visit Bosnia and specially the nice place Ilijas .
