Durmitor National Park is beautiful.
Durmitor National Park is beautiful. We did the hike up to Bokotov peak which is stunning but challenging if you’re not a hiker. Black Lake is beautiful for a dip in the water. We only had one full day which was not enough. Would have like to go down to the Tara river to swim there. Oro restaurant is good, but busy so worth booking a table.Guest review byGwenhwyfarSouth Africa - Review score10.0
The natural beauty of the mountains, lakes and canyons...
The natural beauty of the mountains, lakes and canyons around Durmitor is really quite breathtaking! I'd definitely recommend taking a few hours to do the circular drive round Durmitor in and amongst any specific activities you'll be doing in the region. Having a (rental) car is mega useful, although if you don't you can still get to the lake (Crna Jezera) fine on foot and for activities there'll be shuttle busses to catch in ZabljakGuest review byDouglasUnited Kingdom - Review score8.0
Zabljak is a resort town on the edge of the stunning...
Zabljak is a resort town on the edge of the stunning Durmitor National park. It is a tourist location and there are lots of outdoor activities available. The surrounding scenery is stunning and particularly the river for the rafting. However it is quite a busy place so expect it to be so in the summer months. There is a selection of restaurants, a couple of grocery stores and lots of different kinds of accommodation. A couple of days here is enough.Guest review byLucyUnited Kingdom
