We stayed for 3 nights. The host Ate Annabelle and her brother were very helpful in booking us a motorcycle going to North Beach and kalanggaman island tour. They also recommended other tours and where to eat. They also informed us how much is the fare from the port going to the resort. Location was great. Not too far from the food market but still quite and peaceful. There is also a near atm just a few steps from the resort. The room was clean, with complete amenities, aircon was good too!

For us was a great location, we were just outside the centre and it was a lot quieter and places to eat around here were cheaper then Moalboal centre. You will need a bike to get around, but easy to organise. We managed to jump off the bus from cebu outside the macdonalds and it was a 4 min walk to the hotel. Perfect. The staff were really welcoming and booked a tour for us with ease. Was able to sort transport back to the airport too easily. They were so helpful everything possible.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa De Amor Lambug. Sarah was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The place is beautiful, with stunning views and is very well-maintained. The spacious rooftop area is prefect spot to relax and chill with friends, offering amazing ocean views. Truly a great place to unwind after a day full of activities. It‘s an ideal spot for a chill getaway with a partner or friends. What really stood out was its proximity to some must-see spots in the south of Cebu, like Badian Lambug Beach, the canyoneering adventure at Kawasan Falls, Moalboal beach, freediving in Moalboal, and plenty of other exciting activities. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay🥰. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Cebu!

Diane Residences is set in Mabolo, within 1.8 km of Ayala Center Cebu and 2.6 km of SM City Cebu. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna.

Everything was good. all in all am glad to have stayed 2 nights at Diane. Check in was quick, rooms were spacious and comfortable. WiFi was very good, cable tv available, beds and pillows comfortable. Bonus coffee/tea in the room. Check out was also reasonable. Will certainly be back.

    Cebu City is a very dynamic city with people living from different parts of the Philippines and even foreigners from neighboring countries such as Korea (i can see they’re increasing their number in Cebu City). Cebu City has its own unique cultural diversity…vibrant, full of colors and the services are quite exceptional in such a way that people gets a fair share of treatment without prejudice (which I experienced when i was in Luzon). So many tourists spots to enjoy from as it continues to boom… it’s like Shanghai of China or Dubai of UAE. So the visit is must 😃

    Mactan is a busy city. Very busy to commute, crowded, noisy. Give yourself plenty of time to get around. Tuktuk will take a long time to go far. Taxi is your best option for longer commutes. It is a central location to most tourist locations. But, if you want to go whale shark swimming, canyoneering, sardine snorkeling, I recommend staying in Mactan, close to the airport, for one night, then travel to other locations for the day. Hotel hopping is the best way to make the most out of your time in each location, plus rest up for the next journey.

    Moalboal is a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking to escape the city and enjoy a more laid-back, beachy, and nature-filled atmosphere. I had planned two main activities—canyoneering and the sardine run—but only ended up doing the canyoneering. It was an amazing experience, and next time, I’d challenge myself to jump without hesitation! I skipped the sardine run this time, as I promised my husband I’d wait until he could join me. Beyond the adventures, I found plenty to do within walking distance. There are a couple of tattoo shops nearby, and I ended up going to Araw Tattoo Studio—twice! I also made it a point to eat somewhere different every morning and night, which was easy since everything was so close. Next time, I’d love to rent a scooter and explore more of the local spots, but for this trip, I fully embraced a relaxed pace and enjoyed everything nearby. Moalboal is a great mix of adventure and chill vibes, and I can’t wait to go back!

    Oslob is just a ribbon development along the coast road. It took ages to find a place to eat in the evening. I stayed out of town but only 1 night, so..... Not pedestrian friendly. Some huge trucks en route to the port.

    The island being small is a bit crowded on the side near the pier and the bounty beach. I haven't explored the northern part of the island so this will make me go back and visit the island again in the future. Good to visit for divers as this is the jumppoint to Kimud shoal where the Thresher sharks frequent to visit.

    Beatiful, green island. Paradise for seafood fans. Fresh, delicious and decent price, sometimes even cheap. If you more into nature than towns and pubs do not miss: Mangrove Park, Nature Park, Lalio's cave, Colina Isla de Bantayan:) Santa Fe - more for food and drinks at night :)

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

    Review for Malapascua Island: Perfect for diving (thresher sharks) and snorkeling, otherwise not much to do there. Recommendation - compare prices for fun dives at different dive shops, some are very pricy. The north beach was a disapointment - some smaller sections of the beach are cleaned, others very dirty and smelling like rotten animals. Not much to see in the water while snorkeling there.

    In the heart of the nature, quite place where you can enjoy yourself without the rush of the city (compared to Moalboal). Close to beach, local spring, Osmena peak and Moalboal (all of this by scooter).
