It is not possible to rest let alone sleep u til 1 am when the pub closes. Very noisy.

The room and the bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. Location is good, but if you get a room facing the pub it is extremely noisy. Even with closed window it felt like I am actually in the pub. Not very relaxing.

1-The toilet smelled nasty, they use room perfumes but it does not appear to help. 2-The cupboard door could not be opened because of space restrictions, perhaps they should take out one bed if there is single occupancy. 3-I usually had some morning hikes before having my breakfast. Except for one day, I was not allowed to benefit from the guest discount prices because it was after 12 o’clock. In understand the time limit for breakfast but at least they could have informed me while I do the check in (or state on the discounted room menu card)

Very central location and the locations vibe is great almost full time. The staff was also helpful.

The bathroom really needs some kind of airing. Having no window or ventilation, all humidity from it remains in the room. It has no air-conditioning, meaning that you can feel rather cold, not being able to regulate the (central) heating at convenience levels. The room had a smell, probably caused by cleansing materials, that made night sleep uncomfortable- I opened the window a couple of times during the night to feel better.

The location was great, very near the bus station, so it was very easy to catch the (very) early bus to Barcelona. It was in the middle of the historic center of Andorra la Vella (which is just a small neighborhood, neat and picturesque). The room was wittily decorated, so was the bar (and its toilet😊). The room offered a wonderful view over the town, being on the fourth or fifth floor. Quite comfortable bed. The staff was friendly. Hair dryer on demand.

They didn't send any message to us before we checked in. We spent a long time getting there since there's an ongoing construction on the way provided by Google Map. It'd be better if they inform us in advance and tell us the fastest way to get there. Also, we waited for quite a long time at the front desk just to check in. It gets quite noisy at night since there's a bar downstairs. The bathtub is quite small to stand inside and take a shower. And the room smells a bit too sweet it makes us dizzy...

It's very close to the bus station. But you have to ask them the way before you get there. The path isn't shown on Google map. Free shower gel and towels are provided. The view is great. We can see mountains from the window.

Bar can be a bit noisy at night. Host tried to make me cancel the reservation to avoid the consequences of doing it by himself. Be aware!

Great value hostel for the location in la vella. It was also convenient having the pub downstairs so I could grab a quick drink before going in the morning. The room was decorated quite cool as well.

My room was facing the mountains and therefore the street. I was there on a Saturday night and it was so noisy that the noise was not covered by my noise canceling headphone. Couldn't sleep before 3am. Such a shame...

The room and the bathroom were so cute and extremely clean. I got a zen looking room and really enjoyed it. The staf is really kind. It's good value for money.

There was a lot of noise coming from other rooms/bar downstairs, the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Good position, good price, nice staff. Good environment in the pub downstairs.

The bathroom had a very strong somewhat unpleasant smell. It was very clean, and had an incense diffuser, but it smelt all the same. Maybe because there was no exhaust. While the location was really good (historic area), it was quite difficult to reach, especially if you are travelling with suitcases. Try and locate lifts that are open for public if you are walking from the bus stop. Or you'll end up walking uphill, dragging your luggage for quite some distance (around 300meters) like I did.

The room was quite clean and for the price I paid, I definitely thought it was a real good deal. The staff were very helpful and explained everything (which key to use where, when etc) clearly. The room is cleaned everyday.
