The parking under the hotel is small and sells out quickly. We had to park in a public lot nearby. I would have preferred the convenience of parking at the hotel.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room Buffet breakfast used to be a relaxed affair where we could turn up at any time between 7am and 10:30am but now you have to book a set time so we chose to have our breakfast in their cafeteria where pre-booking is not necessary

Superb location, very high standard of cleanliness, pleasant and helpful staff, good Wifi, good food and competitively priced. The room initially allocated to us had a noisy extractor tube immediately outside the window causing disturbed sleep but the wonderful receptionist Xenia changed our room to one that was infinitely better all round and very quiet.

Really expensive to park in the nearby garages. We had a boring view, probably due to us not paying so much for it.

The hotel is situated in the middle of town close to the older parts which we enjoy. The room was clean with nice beds. Very nice breakfast.

Just a warning that the hotel has a very limited number of car parking spaces in a challenging to use car park (unless your car is small). it’s very convenient though as there’s direct entry from it into the hotel, and they had thoughtfully set one aside for us as we had a disabled guest in our party which was much appreciated.

Receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. Spotlessly clean, ultra-convenient location for Cirque de Soleil, old town, and shopping. Breakfast was interesting and tasty. great value.

The parking is in the shopping center across the road. They have a partnership with the mall to give you a discount of 10% but it is really expensive. We spent 1 night at the hotel, which meant out car was parked there from 4pm to 11am the next day. With the 10% discount, we paid €28. Might as well have paid for a more expensive hotel that had their own private parking, and avoided the hassle of the mall.

Loved the location and the feel of the hotel. Right in the middle of Andorra and 2 min walk from theain shops, shopping district, restaurants, etc. The property was clean and beautiful. The room was spacious and quiet. Beds were comfortable.
