How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No places to dry your equipment (skiing, snowboarding) Awful WiFi Noise in the room
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions, making it easy to explore everything Andorra has to offer. There were a lot of young people at the hotel who were poorly supervised. Because of their disturbance during the first night I could not go skiing the first day of my stay, was simply too tired.
Location was good, the staff was very helpful.

We arrived late due to public transport issues, and the person receiving us at the counter (we arrived at around 11:00 AM next day of our scheduled check in), and despite that I paid in advanced and sent an email to the hotel directly, and a message through Booking.com, we were told "oh, the booking was cancelled due to 'no show' ". The lady was extremely rude and disrespectful, in many ways. She asked us for a deposit, " because people break things". Let me tell you this, we have been travelling for 2 months now, and this single event was rhe most unsavoury situation we had.

Problem with parking, in other review some people wrote that parking is possible in hotels garrage but when i ask for parking moto this posibility was not offer us and i have to parking on the street in public parking, And in description Hotel offer private parking.
Perfect hotel for our stay in Andorra la Vella. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was rich and good. Hotel is in the center of the city with many restaurants and shopr near.......

Room was dark, small and noisy since there was no view but window faced laundry ducts and hissing sound all night. Got a fair deal on the price and i believe, reason i was put in this room.
Breakfast had nice variety, just wished it opened earlier. Location was good, a few steps from shops etc

The room was clean, but dated, its clear it has been updated with paint, but the bathroom is old, poor fluorescent lighting. no option for just a fan to circulate the air, without airconditioning. Parking onsite very limited and no possibility to reserve in advance. the furniture in the lobby was dated and warn.
the location was good, central and easy to find. Lots of space in the entrance and lobby. Breakfast had a good selection, the fruit was excellent.

Parking was full and unvailable. The bed had no duvet - which we noticed a while later - and the night staff didn't understand the problem. So we had to sleep without duvet, with a uncomfortable, brown throw they gave us. Which seemed unwashed and smelled old. Also, our room had a window that faced a wall - a terrible view. A pity, as the area is quite nice.
Good breakfast, and the room was ok. The hotel is quite modern and located near the center - shopping street and restaurants are near. ALso, the foyer is well equipped with TV, sofas and billard tables We stayed only night. The room was overall fine for that.

There are no power points in the room. We had to unplug the TV to charge items. The carpark was full.

There weren't any plugs available! We had to use one in the bathroom and one that was already used by the TV! Also the air condition wasn't working properly!
