The cleaning could be a little better but overall was ok. The noise from the bars outside was the less good about the whole trip. It was a bit dificult to fall asleep.

Buffet w Chef Station, good variety of food and menu changes throughout the week. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious (triple), overall well equipped.

Our room (bed configuration) request made via Booking.com (confirmation received) was not passed on to the hotel by Booking.com. This was very frustrating, although the hotel did their best to resolve the situation. Would suggest contacting the hotel direct in future.

Pleasant hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great location in the centre of the town, a very short walk to the gondola station. There are ski lockers provided at the hotel, or you can hire lockers at the gondola station if you don't want to carry skis back to hotel. The food was very good, with freshly cooked options provided by Junior. Small gripe was the hot food wasn't very hot, but there was a microwave available if wanted. Reception area / bar not very busy in the evenings, but other options available close by.

Dinner buffet wasn’t great. They dont replenish the buffet until you remind and bathrooms were a bit old.

Although we got 1 free hour in the health suite due to an area being out of use, I feel that given the price of the hotel, this should be free for guests anyway. Would expect this to be included in a 4* hotel.

Perfectly located in the centre of Soldeu. Short walk up to the gondola. Good ski storage area. Great health suite. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options!

Breakfast, which is good can get really busy as everyone is on the same clock to get to the slopes for opening time. More free flowing coffee is needed in the morning.

My only gripe would be in relation to the pillows. Whereas the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were far too “springy”. It’s as if they were stuffed with foam rubber. I g ft kind them very uncomfortable, even to the point where using them induced pain in the rear of the neck. I ended up throwing them off if the bed snd sleeping without any pillows at all.

A very friendly reception and easy checking in experience upon arrival. A lovely, spacious room on the 5th floor. It was to the back of the hotel, so not much of a view but very quiet. No road noise at all.

My initial room (515) was adjacent and above a terrace belonging to 'Fat Albert's where the noise from the Techno music and outside parties at between the hours of 0300 and 0400 were horrendous! Fortunately, after complaining to reception, I was relocated to a room where I could get some sleep!

Staff were excellent in all aspects: service, dinning, reception etc..

Maybe the parking is a little bit overpriced.

The hotel is good located. The food is great! Thanks to Chef Junior for the great meal. The staff is very friendly and helpfull! Very close walking distance to the lift. I enjoyed staying here.

Shower water goes all over the bathroom floor as screen not big enough, breakfast very good, no complaints Dinner is plentiful but rather same every night. Cold brussel sprouts were not a highlight. And zero vegetarian options unless you like cold sprouts.

Location is superb, rooms are fine, ski lockers for each room.

The bath towels were a little skimpy, but that’s my only (very minor) complaint.

The hotel had a very nice ambiance and mountain vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was large and functional. The dinner and breakfast buffets were both excellent.
