Very centrally located (about a 15 minute walk to the bus station); the morning buffet was excellent; the room was quiet and the price compared to other places was quite reasonable.

Room facilities are bit outdated. Spa area had 1 small jacuzzi and medium heat sauna - wouldn't recommended however price was friendly 10eur/pers 1 hour

Location is excellent - in the heart of Andorra. Room is spacious, definately much bigger than average hotel rooms, comfortable bed. Good sound isolation. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with wide variety and for last day we had early check-out and nice take away breakfast was prepared.

During my stay, the room temperature was unfortunately quite warm, which made it difficult to relax. The controls seemed unresponsive to our attempts to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the pillows provided were not very comfortable for sleeping. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests. A comfortable room temperature and supportive pillows are essential for a restful stay.

The hotel's location offered convenient access to many attractions. The breakfast selection was truly delightful and offered a great start to the day.

Lovely quient hotel right in the centre of town. We had a lovely view from our hotel window. Large, very clean room with sofa. Good choice for breakfast. Helpful and polite staff.

Room was quite warm so a bit stuffy at times. We stayed 3 nights and in room tea/coffee/water wasn’t topped up each day.

Excellent location for exploring Andorra, we stayed in a balcony room overlooking the city and river. Great spot to watch the world go by. Room was really spacious and although next to the road and in the middle of the city once the door balcony door was closed you were not disturbed. Room was clean, tv worked and the bed was spacious and comfy. The room also had additional seating of a sofa. All bathroom amenities provided. Staff were friendly and helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was really tasty good selection of hot food, local specialities and continental options. Excellent selection of hot and cold drinks too. Staff were friendly and the restaurant cleanliness was maintained throughout the breakfast service. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to other travellers to Andorra.

The hotel was literally just infront of the Andorra La Vella signage. It was so convinient. The room was available before my check-in time which is soooo nice!

Nothing to complain.

Perfect location, right in the middle. Short walk to the bus station, less than 15min. Check-in in the middle of the night was not a problem at all. The breakfast is quite big and yummy - definitely worth its money. Would stay here again. Special kudos for the coffee machine in the room!
