The only slightly uncomfortable is the narrowness of the lobby and the elevators, but that doesn’t take away from its excellent rating.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. Excellent double! Everything else is also excellent, the comfort of the room, the attention of the employees, the cleanliness, etc. In this sense, the cleaning employees stand out for their good work, their courtesy and their good treatment.

Excellent location. Friendly staff that were fine with us arriving late at night. Good size and clean room, very comfy. Great choice of nice food at breakfast. Perfect!

The location is perfect. It is really close to the city center and landmarks in Andorra. The room is spacious, comfortable, and the view is good as well. I would definitely stay here again for winter vacation.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Due to issues with my transport, I arrived after midnight and I can’t tell you how reassuring it was for reception to ensure that I could check in after hours. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff were always at hand to help with anything. I even got a spa treat for my birthday, which was really attentive on their part. The hotel location is also excellent, as it’s in heart of Andorra la Vella. The view from my balcony was amazing. Another great thing was the breakfast, with ample choice for all tastes. I’m definitely coming back.

Better instructions on how to you get to the hotel on the website is needed , this could be pointed out when booking. Sat Nav takes you in front of the hotel on the main road when I fact to get to the hotel you need to take a slip road just before the tunnel on the roundabout. We also found our room was dated and was more like a 3* not 4*.

The breakfast was good , the coffee wasn’t too good I feel like they need to invest in a better coffee maker. However they were a variety of flavoured teas so I them instead .

The only thing that bothered me, was the noises from other rooms. I could hear, flushing, snoring, loud talking. The last night a family checked out around 4 in the morning and they really didn't let me sleep... I wasn't staying on the street side, which seemed very loud too since the hotel is located in the center.

Very friendly staff. The room was huge and comfortable. The bathroom came with the bathtub but if you want to use it, consider asking for the stop. It was purely meant to take a shower.

Very tired looking as wallpaper was patched up in places but not very well, could do with a makeover.

Location was excellent, but traffic was a nightmare to get too during the peak times.

Access to the parking was a bit tight, if your car had been slightly bigger I don't think we would have made it without scratching the sides! And a couple of chairs for the balcony would have been nice...

The location was excellent, right in the centre of the town and not too difficult to find thanks to the instructions from the hotel (although they sent them in Spanish in an email where the rest of the text was in English!). Nice staff, okay breakfast, and nice balcony with the room looking out over the river and the town centre.

I like to have a kettle in my bedroom

I choose the hotel for its central location. The reception staff went over and above. They helped me obtain alternative transport when a booked coach didn’t turn up.

All really good, nice clean hotel in the city centre. Very convenient for all of the city.

It was hot outside when I visited, but the aircon in the room did not seem to change the temperature (just blasted room temperature air into the room). There are no drinks included with the dinner at the hotel (not even tap water) which was a bit of a shame. There is a very small gym available to use free of charge but the room is not well ventilated.

The hotel is centrally located by the main street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is breakfast and dinner at the hotel that you don't have to prebook (at least in summer/autumn). The buffet had lots of different options.

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We arrived during a heatwave and the aircon didn't seem to work in our room, but we called reception and it got fixed within minutes, great! The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to any place in Andorra la Vella from there.
