United KingdomThere was a party of 20 of us booked for my Birthday. On the day of arrival I asked if they would be able to do a table for all of us in the buffet on the last night. On our final day we double checked the reservation but when we came to eat they hadn’t prepared anything and suggested we all sit on separate tables. The restaurant manager had no sympathy and offered no apologies. So we took our custom elsewhere. It really soured an otherwise great break.
The hotel is ideally located and kept nice and tidy. It has a decent spar and a bowling alley in the basement.

United KingdomPets being left unattended in hotel rooms barking day & night is a big problem in bloc D. Reception bar gets busy but can be understaffed. Our condiments were not refreshed in the room, so no tea in the morning, and meal times are a little disorganised eg cereal milk, and bowls are on 3 separate sides of a large room, no plates with the bread / toast area. Lasagne in buffet was served completely cold on one night.
The hotel was nice, the room set up for our teenage children was excellent. An excellent NYE celebration with party bags and great place for the family to stay. However there were a few issues that need attention.

United Kingdomdogs barking constantly. this is a pet friendly hotel and there are dogs spread all over the hotel. our neighbours left there dog in a room on its own the majority of our stay, it was barking until 23:00 every night stopping my kids and I from sleeping.

AustriaIts too noisy, we didnt get a nice rest because wall- isolation is unexhistent. The corridor is busy and you can hear people walking in and out rooms. Basically noise levels are too much for us. The spa is not included in the price is about 12€ you should pay on site, I thought it was included
The staff is nice, they organised some activities to celebrate Christmas. The gym is small but has a lot of equipment and you can get a good workout in.

SpainCigarettes buds on the balcony and bathroom when we checked in, the floor looks very used and damaged (parquet), No extra pillows and the needed to ask for a bathrobe which was brought later with an alarm ;-(. The parquin is very confusing and not good indicated where to go. We asked for breakfast at bed but the menu card which was put on the door of the room was never collected so we went to the buffet. The Spa we found not very clean, lots of paper cups and other garbage laying around. The jacuzzi-bath in the room is way to small and the door is blocking the toilet seat. this bathroom could be facilitated with a big shower which is a lot more comfortable in such a small room. No place in front of hotel for parking and not easy to mobilize around the hotel, no walking areas, hotel is right on the the street.
The buffet for breakfast and diner was excellent with good variety of food and everything was warm and fresh. Good presentation and friendly staff who clean the table as soon the plate was empty.

United KingdomMade two separate booking but was able to stay in same room which was great but unfortunately I did pay for a view with one of the rooms but we just had a view of the other building not the mountain view we expected. The gym was a great option but treadmill didn’t work, I’m a keen runner and just wanted to finish last miles without huge incline so this was ideal but it didn’t work, so ended up running up the mountain which was amazing non the less and I didn’t regret it! Coffee we didn’t get our coffee replenished so asked staff if we could get some more the staff seem a little flustered by this but said yes they will bring some to the room but never did. Washing clothes was one of the reason we booked as we have been travel sometime you can’t do it yourself the hotel charges to wash clothes per Item which would of been so expensive but just in the town is a laundromat which worked better. Also didn’t love that they added charge for the dog, parking and additional taxes it should be clear on booking.
Great place to stay for location, beautiful surroundings. Short walk to the town! Great start point to do the Comapedrosa and Refugee, close to bars and restaurants, dog friendly!

SpainBooking.com quotes the rooms are much bigger than Dianathey which is false. We normally stay in Diana where the rooms are actually bigger. We were not informed that you can only go to the spa afternoons except Sunday. Before you could go all day and evening so we were very disappointed

GermanyThe Spa was closed on Sunday from 1700 till Monday at 1300. As stayed for one night only no possibility to use it. When mentioning it at reception they didn't really care. Please update this on booking.com!! Dirty wine glasses in the restaurant. We friendly asked for new ones and they were dirty again twice. One of the waiters apparently sick (constant coughing without mask). Olive oil and vinegar in small plastic packages - sustainable?? Food poisening the day after. Staff generally unfriendly.
