How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

My room was tiny and had no window. Waiters in the restaurant are very strange chaps.
Location in town is very good and hotel is very clean. Restaurant was a bit strange and they could not feed all 5 of us on our first night so only 2 of us went to dinner. Breakfast was good.

Smallest hotel room have ever been in, breakfast was free and so it should of been, terrible, pool on top of multi storey car park,

Neighbour windows are facing each other and they are close, haha.
Room was good, bathroom was clean, water quality was good. Good location, friendly staff. Overall met our expectations, would recommend :)

If I have to mention one thing maybe the parking, too bad it wasn’t for free. Laundry services are also quite pricey.
Great hotel. The room was bigger then we thought and the beds were very comfortable. Enough choice for breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly. Nice rooftop pool and great location close to a lot of beautiful mountain trails and close to city center.

Ran out of soap in the shower. Wish there were tea and coffee making facilities. A bigger spot for suitcases would be great. More English speaking staff would be awesome too, as well as better communication when the restaurant would be open. More red wine choices would be great too. Room cards stopped working repeatedly. Was told at the end that holding them near my phone would cause that.
Enjoyed breakfast. Was lovely to have our bed made up. Great cupboard space. Great view from the balcony. Aircon worked well. Plenty of towels, which were lovely and soft. Close to all shops and restaurants. Laundry across the road.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! The views of the mountains from the rooftop pool and tennis court were incredible. Breakfast was good and it had a nice little bar area.

Restaurants by hotel. Nice that it has a swimming pool. Convenient location to get to bus stn to go to and from Toulouse where I travelled from. It’s about a ten minute walk.

Staff are not great here, no one is particularly helpful, for example if you ask advice on the area they will tell you to go and ask Tourist Information in town. On checking in I happened to be chatting to another lady who was also checking in. For some reason this was enough that we were checked into the same room! Unfortunately the hotel lady was unable to communicate in English at all so took half an hour to finally sort it. Bizarre. Strange breakfast arrangement too, with allocated time slots, All seems a bit unnecessary and pretentious, bit like the hotel as a whole. Breakfast not until 8am at earliest, and no kettle in room so a long wait to get a coffee in the morning!
Overall a comfortable hotel with comfortable rooms in a perfect location, right in the centre but still quiet. Breakfast good.

Have to walk over to car park to access pool. Room very small. No guidance from staff how to exit car park - I handed my key back at reception but wasn’t told it was needed to get out of the garage
