Staff seemed annoyed that we were English. Their debit machine was very old and wouldn’t read our cards. Had to walk to bank with no help on directions from staff to get cash to pay for room. Which I thought would have been paid for when using bookings.com The view was the only thing we enjoyed

The Place overall was nice and clean, but I wouldn't come back as the structure and doors of the hotel were very cheap and thin and I could hear my neighbours slamming the door constantly. My room didn't have AC ( which I expected) but I went in August and the orientation of my room had sun 24/7

Given the reviews posted in this site, my expectations were a bit low. But I have to say this hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. On the downside, I should especially mention the shower cubicle. In a 60x60 cm space, including the taps and fittings, the showering experience becomes a challenge! The info card in the room states the hotel offers, among other services, dinner and slippers at request. However, neither were available probably because, as I learned later, the hotel was only temporarily open due to reform work.

Lift to upper floors, good sized, clean room, with a balcony facing the mountains (well, in Andorra mountains are at your fingertips everywhere!), desk, an empty cabinet where a minibar was surely placed at other times –or will be in the future– luggage space, wardrobe and a decent sized bathroom make your stay quite enjoyable. Buffet breakfast was not too varied, but more than enough for me. A public lift at 50 m from the hotel will leave you on your way to the bus station, and downtown is at walking distance as well. The area is also served by several local minibuses (0.10 euros fare!) and buses, and supermarkets/grocery stores are nearby. Nice receptionists and bar attendant.

Booking claims hotel with parking, but there is no comment that parking is chargeable, it was unpleasant surprise, especially that parking is tiny and it's a challenge to find it and to actually park car as it's set on vertical position street. There should be note about this, otherwise iur choice of hotel could be different.

The sink, the bathtub and other objects in the bathroom are in the various states of falling apart.

A very simple and affordable option to spend the night in Andorra la Vella. The building is an older one, so there is no elevator and the bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower unit. Wi-Fi is fast and stable.

It was very hard finding the hotel in the evening as it is poorly lit. We had to drive past a few times before locating it. Plus there is no parking available to unload the luggage, and the supposed private parking wherever it could be , is always full... We had to drive and park 500 m away in a private parking and walk all the way back at night...

Hotel is very dated, old and worn out furniture, rooms and hallways have not been painted in years. Breakfast buffet is no longer offered. There is a dining area and a small bar, but it seems they are only serving hot beverages. Slow and anciet looking elevator, but in working order. All in all, this place needs a little TLC.

We visited 3 times (3+3+1 days) over a short period recently and were very satisfied with both the room and staff. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom functioned fine. Staff were very helpful, and we were able to leave baggage securely between visits. The location is next to the (small) historic centre and convenient for the main tourist/shopping drag without actually being in the thick of it., Very good value for the price.

Arrived and there was nowhere to park the car in order to check in and establish whether the hotel had any parking. Appears the parking is 5 bays at the rear of the hotel. We parked elsewhere.

The check out time is at 12:00 and when I was changing my clothes at 11:30, someone knocked the door very light (I didn't notice) and then opened the door. I have to run to the door and shout "nooooo" (luckily no one see me naked). I was very surprised that someone will come to clean up before check out time... We have also asked for luggage storage and then the staff asked us to leave it in the corner of the restaurant. It was insecure but as we don't want to carry our backpack to visit the place so we still leave it. When we come back and get our backpacks, there was no one in the reception and we got our backpack without someone notice... luckily our backpack isn't stolen......... (maybe because Andorra is too safe? but still we prefer the backpacks could be monitored...)

24 hours front desk, and it is around 10 minutes walk from the coach station (suitable for someone who arrive Andorra late). Very cheap price.
