There isn't really a reception or a person tending to arriving guests. I asked around a bit until someone pointed me to my room. No big deal though.

I enjoyed staying at this place in the historic quarter of Shkodër. Breakfast is just next door at a café and it's pretty good. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs and is the perfect place to try some regional wines.

The place was just lovely, the room was very beautiful and big, with enough space for two girls and all their luggage. The access to the rooms through the courtyard was amazing, it was gorgeous. Staff was very kind and the location of the hotel was perfect.

if you are sensibel to sounds, it can be a bit noisy (from the restaurant downstairs and the bar next by), a bike renting is not included in the services (as in many other hotels)

perfectly located in a romantic courtyard next to a main pedestrian zone, room is newly and stylish furnished, very good value for the price!

the booking confirmation stated that breakfast was included but it wasn't offered/explained as we checked in and in the morning there was nobody in the building to ask about it. no big deal as we then had a nice breakfast across the street, but the Booking website may be wrong in stating that "breakfast is included"

location was excellent, right off the main street of Shkodër. nice airy room with comfy beds. the two (or three?) rooms are above the restaurant, which means you need to have a tolerance for the "soft" music that is played during restaurant hours

Lovely place. Pictures don't do it justice. In the middle of the most lovely bit of Shkoder, the bar downstairs is a lovely place to sit out on the street and eat very good pizza/antipasti. Management were lovely, even made us breakfast to take away as we were getting up early to go to the mountains. Highly recommend.

Above all it was a great experience for us except of the noise from the restaurant. Also probably because of the builduing architecture, every move inside the room and the hotel feels like moving all the floor of the room.

The location was great and the place also. We were awaited by the host right after we arrived. We had lunch at the restaurant below. The food was great and the staff very kind and professional. The rooms were above the restaurant altogher of an old building beautifully decorated.

The room was very beautiful with great windows. The restaurant below the hotel was phenomenal and the value was great. It was also very close to the bus stop.
