If you have limited mobility and/or no car, it might be tough to get there, as it's on the hill. But the view is definitely worth it if you dont mind walking a little bit up.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff were incredibly lovely, attentive, and helpful! Beyond expectations. The view to the room and the balcony were perfect for breakfast or to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset in the ocean. I'm definitely coming back!

Very beautiful apartment, big balcony with great view. Very nice staff, always available to help in everything you need. Breakfast is served at the apartment and its ok. The room is cleaned everyday.

Aesthetically pleasing and well catered kitchen area with everything you need, nice toiletries in the bathroom. Clean very white towels to. Great decor throughout with smart TVs Excellent touch delivering breakfast to the apartment. In a great location for getting to the main beach bars /clubs in Sarandë. The Staff were very very helpful, went above and beyond, Erica was extremely pleasant and went out her way to make our holiday experience great. Her English was very good.

The suite was absolutely stunning, the bed was very comfortable and big. The suite was very spacious. The shower was large. The view is definitely the best part, it has the most amazing view. The balcony had sun lounges and table and chairs. The breakfast brought up to the suite each morning is a lovely touch. The girls on reception are very welcoming and did everything they could do make our trip as smooth as possible.

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at ArtNest Luxury Hotel & Suites, and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s great location, conveniently situated near the city center, making it easy to explore the port and restaurants every night after the beach. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to such a stunning panorama was nothing short of magical. The hotel’s breakfast was another delightful treat each morning. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptionally gentle and attentive staff. Their warm hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. Overall, ArtNest Luxury Hotel & Suites offered unparalleled comfort, convenience, and charm. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Sarandë!

We had to select the night before what we wanted for breakfast the next day from a list. We could have as much as we wanted, but still, we had to decide beforehand. We all would have prefered to choose day of, however. While the hotel is lovely, there are no handrails on the stairs, which can be treacherous when wet (and it rained two days while there). The outside steps should be evened out, because they're hard to see at night. One of the bedrooms with twin beds only has a fan, which goes off when the lights do, so that was a bit annoying. The other bedroom and living room do have air conditioning that work great, however. The friend that booked the hotel ended up not being able to go so she wrote to the hotel explaining the situation, but when we arrived they either didn't read the email or didn't understand it. The friend had paid the first half on credit card so the hotel cancelled the charge, and we paid the full amount when we left. However, it's been 7 business days and the friend still hasn't received the credit. I'm sure it's in the process of being refunded but just be aware that a refund can take longer than they say.

The patio was spacious and overlooked the sea. We sat outside and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Each morning the staff brought breakfast to our room and we ate at the table looking at this gorgeous view, which included the island of Corfu. The front desk gave us some good ideas for beaches (go to Ksamil Beach 7) and dining.

The property was amazing and very close to everything, but the best part was the staff. The front desk ladies and the manager were amazing. So friendly and helpful with anything. My bag was lost by the airline to Albania and the manager of the hotel took time to try her best to get ahold of them for me. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

You have to walk approximately 10-12 minutes to get to the main beach/sea promenade.

The facilities were very good. It was comfortable, die staff was super friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We would totally recommend this place!

Amazing apartment! Super clean and spacious, the view from the balcony is breathtaking! We really enjoyed our time here watching sunsets from jacuzzi. The apartment was spotless and service super good. Receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served to them room and was very tasteful. Everything was 10/10!

Location is a bit far from the city - we ended up staying in closer area more than the city itself.

It is spacious and they bring the breakfast to the room. They were quick at fixing shower head as it was broken upon arrival. Nice view.

Road access was not great leading to hotel but good parking on road or under ground facility. Only thing missing was a pool.

Everything was perfect except for one incident: a city-wide electricity outage at midnight that lasted for a few hours. However, this wasn't an issue with the apartment.

The receptionists were very helpful and showed us easier ways to walk around the city. The room was so spacious and always so clean the beds and bathroom exceptionally clean!

The bathroom has no wall separating the shower. The floor gets wet after shower.. The furnitures look good on pics but very cheap and not good quality. The chairs are broken with danger to hurt people
