The area is quite private, there is a sort of serenity surrounding the hotel, the staff were accommodating, helpful and respectful. Rooms are spotless and the chef was great as well, would definitely recommend the Risotto with porcini and truffles! The pool is a plus, and definitely not overcrowded.

It’s a shame that we hadn’t been made aware that the pool and private beach areas weren’t open due to it being too early in the season.

Beautiful, classy hotel and spotlessly clean. Large bedroom with balcony. All staff were always available and checking in with us, they were polite and helpful. Good selection for breakfast. Located at the edge of a busy seaside resort.

The deposit with cash is not necessary. You could reserve some money on credit card instead. I could hear snoring from the room next to me (not very loud, but some... not disturbing from sleeping). Eventhough I was there almost alone in the hotel, some neighbours smoke on the balcony and the smoke went to the room, if I opened the door... not very pleasant.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and fine breakfast room and breakfast service. The staff was very helpful.

The bathroom shower was too small and open, allowing water to mess up the floor. Reading desk was provided but no reading chair.

Repeat music piped all day until midnight and could be heard even on 4th floor!

The location is definitely up and coming, we came out of tourist season and a lot of places were still closed/getting ready to open. Be prepared to walk 10/15 mins for some nicer restaurants but to be honest even the hotel restaurant had lovely food. We will happily be back

The property was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was perfect and we enjoyed our stay completely. The men on reception were GREAT helping us get taxis, even when we were in Tirana for the day helping us get a taxi back and find the taxis in the busy centre. Can’t fault the property on many things to be completely honest!

A nice hotel located next to the beach in the city of Golem. There are many grocery markets around, as well as many restaurants and bars along the beach. The hotel is nicely decorated, every morning the staff cleans the yard, everything is neat and clean both in the room and outside. I would like to note that the staff are very communicative, they will help and explain everything, they know several languages. The breakfasts are delicious, a couple of items were changed every day, but the selection a large one was always enough. Friendly administrator who helped us during our stay there. In fact, the hotel is very atmospheric, light music is always playing outside, which adds to the atmosphere of relaxation. The rooms are good and spacious, the room was cleaned every day, for which we thank you very much. Therefore, it is actually a good hotel for a family or couple vacation.

Only small negative thing was the shower which changed temperature on its own. But we informed the receptionist about this when we left, and they would look into it.

Amazing service! Sweet personnal. It was not possible to get a taxi one of the evenings we were going out, so one of the hotel staff drove us instead.
